SHIPPING POLICY

 

We currently ship to the United States.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. Estimated transit time is 5-8 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time is typically 6-11 business days from the date of purchase.

 

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your number.

 

Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays beyond our control (weather, holidays, high volume). If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us through our Contact page and we will investigate right away.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
