Shipping

How much is shipping?
Free, on every order within the United States. There is no minimum.

Where do you ship from?
A warehouse in the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.

How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Allow 2–3 business days for the first scan to appear.

My tracking has not updated in a while.
Carriers occasionally stall. If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, email us and we will chase it.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, for any reason. Full details are in our refund policy.

Do I pay for return shipping?
If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, we cover it. If you simply changed your mind, return postage is yours.

Does the discount affect my return?
No. Items bought with a Bundle & Save discount are returnable on the same terms. You are refunded what you actually paid.

Using the tools

When will I see results?
It depends on the tool and on you. These are massage and cleansing devices used a few minutes at a time. The immediate feel — cooler skin, a cleaner face, less puffiness — is usually noticeable straight away. Anything beyond that builds with consistent use over weeks.

Are these safe for sensitive skin?
Start gently. Use the lowest setting first, keep away from the eye area and any broken or irritated skin, and stop if you notice irritation.

Is there anyone who should not use these?
Do not use the microcurrent device if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device. If you have a skin condition or are unsure, ask your doctor first.

Are these medical devices?
No. They are cosmetic tools for external use only.

Discounts and payment

How does Bundle & Save work?
Add any 2 items for 15% off, or any 3 or more for 20% off. It is mix and match across the range — the items do not have to be the same. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed.

Can I stack discounts?
One discount applies per order. If you have a code and the automatic bundle discount both apply, checkout uses the one that saves you more.

What payment methods do you take?
All major cards, plus Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
